The room was quite warm and the temperature could not be reduced. The t.v. is old and limited English speaking channels and no Chrome cast available to stream netflix etc.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Nice location, big lobby.

Room had weird smell. And some electrical plugs were falling from the wall.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us due to its location - we first thought it is far from the center of Brussel compared to other hotels around the palace. It is only 5 minutes walk from to palace and is right on the side of the central trains station, which makes a short day trip such as to Gent very easy. The staff is very helpful and nice and breakfast is of high quality too.
